Mountain Biking
A perfect opportunity to experience biking on a combination of quiet coastal roads, woodland trails, and bridleways on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. All equipment provided. You are of course welcome to bring along your own bike if you wish to so. The event is designed for both beginners, and the more experienced rider. The weekend will offer an ideal opportunity to explore an area of outstanding beauty in West Wales, and to relax with new found friends. |

Basic warm up activities can begin on site using centre high ropes course and/or climbing wall. Progression involves an excursion to the Pembrokeshire coastline or Gower Peninsular where you are treated to the ultimate climbing and abseiling experience. |

Takes place on the famous seven mile strip of flat beach at Pendine Sands. Very similar to yachting however experienced on dry land, why not come and try this once in a life time experience? |
